Physical Books
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
Refunds are applicable only if:
The book is damaged
The wrong book is delivered
Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos of the product.
Digital Books (If Applicable)
Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds or cancellations are allowed once the link is shared.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds typically take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account.
